About Alexis
I have been an athlete all my life competing at a Division I NCAA university while studying exercise science and health promotion. I am now a personal trainer and group exercise instructor where I continue inspiring others to stay active and reach their personal fitness goals.

I will help you learn basics of health and fitness starting with understanding bones and muscles. This allows you to be able to connect important health topics when looking into different training approaches. We will learn by using images, videos, presentations, readings, and projects to better understand each topic.
