About Grace
I am a Chemistry tutor with 5 years of experience and a MSc in Radiochemistry. My specialization is food chemistry and nutritional science. I focus on macromolecules like proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids, and their role in diet. Food additives are also part of my teaching, where I explain their benefits and risks. I bring metabolic processes into focus, showing how nutrients are processed in the body. Students often practice dietary analysis to connect science to real life. This makes concepts meaningful and practical. I also discuss food product development, teaching how chemistry is used in creating new foods.
