About Syed Athaulla
I am handling online English classes to Higher Secondary Students (11th and 12th Classes) and College students through Skype.
They are mostly one-to-one classes, interaction between myself and student takes place without any problem. They are encouraged to read the lesson loudly and answer simple questions to get more knowledge of the lesson.
Sometimes, it become necessary to cite words from their mother tongue (say Tamil, Hindi ) to clear the doubts in their minds.
If more students join the course, I will encourage group discussion, to develop leadership skills.

Being a banker turned teacher, I find teaching English a interesting one. English is widely spoken throughout the world. I emphasize the its importance.
I am tutoring English for the past four years to High School students. I adopt Communicative Language Teaching, encouraging my students to think independently and speak the language without any fear of mistakes. Pronunciation of words is corrected then and there.
Occasionally I use mother tongue also to explain the meaning of difficult/new words.
My qualification is B.Sc. B.Ed. CAIIB. My vast experience in the banking industry also came in handy to develop learning skills of my students.
