About Mylan
I am currently a MArch student at the Bartlett School of Architecture. I completed my undergraduate degree at the Manchester School of Architecture with the highest overall grade in my year. I have one year Part 1 work experience at HTA Design. I offer tutoring sessions to secondary school students who wish to apply to university to study architecture or to current undergraduate students in developing their university projects and skills.

In the first lesson, we will discuss your aims to set out a structure tailored to your goals. Depending on your needs, this could be one-off classes or a series of sessions. A length of a typical session is 1 h, and I offer lessons to high school and university students.
These are some categories your aims might fit in:
1. Project and portfolio development:
The sessions will be similar to a university tutorial where you present your work and ideas, which will be followed by my feedback and a discussion about how to progress your work in the best direction possible. In terms of portfolio, I can help you build one from scratch or work on improving an existing one.
2. University application:
If you aim to apply to study architecture at an undergraduate or postgraduate level in the UK, we will discuss the materials needed for a successful application. I will provide portfolio, personal statement, and CV advice.
3. Part 1 job application:
Similarly to a university application, we will discuss your portfolio, CV, motivation letter, and the best ways to present your work and yourself on paper and in an interview.
All sessions will be personally tailored and I am happy to receive feedback along the way to make sure the process is both beneficial and fun!
