About Abinaya
Hi I’m Abinaya from Chennai. I’m 20 years old and fresh out of college and started my own start up. But I want to do something everyday that’s gonna make me fulfilled soulfully that I enjoyed my Zumba with all others who are ready to get a glow up and transformation. Health is my first priority over money and that’s the reason why I want to teach people Zumba and encourage them to follow healthy routine.

As I myself lost 14 kgs doing Zumba when all others says no you have to do workouts and eat this and that because you’ve pcod. Actions speaks louder than words. I remained calm and did Zumba for 3 months straight. And here I’m ready to make y’all sweat and boost your health and confidence. Zumba is a very nice and fun which is no way connected to hard work outs. Imagine dancing for Sheila ke jawani and lungi dance then eventually your weight also reducing and mind is also stress free.
