I am a Masters degree holder in Health and social care, ex member of Royal society for public health; taken classes in personal development. The biggest obstacle to positive change is identity conflict; I believe that self-improvement can be achieved if we change our beliefs and our thoughts.

My teaching method is an interactive session; I give lessons to individuals from 18 to 27years old who needs encouragement and would love to see improvements in their life or students who just need someone to talk to. I help you with your personal needs and goals.
