About Lara
I’m a university student studying Psychology, and music has always been a really big part of my life. I play guitar, sing and write my own songs, and I love performing and playing music with other people. I’ve been playing guitar for a while and have found that one of the best things about learning is being able to pick up a guitar and actually play songs you love.
I want to teach because I’d love to help other people experience that too. I know starting an instrument can feel quite intimidating, especially if you’re completely new, so I want to make learning guitar feel relaxed, fun and not overly complicated. I’m patient and easy-going, and I’m happy to work at your pace and focus on the things you’re actually interested in learning. Whether you want to learn a few songs, improve your playing or eventually write your own music, I’d love to help you get there!

My lessons are relaxed, friendly and completely tailored to what you want to learn. Whether you’ve never picked up a guitar before or you already know a few chords, we can work at your own pace. I’ll help you learn songs you actually enjoy, improve your chords and strumming, build confidence and understand the basics of guitar without making lessons feel overwhelming or too formal.
