About Kellie
I Work full time as an Interior Designer in High End Residential. As an addition to Interior Design I also had the opportunity to teach the visiting Work Experience students that came to my Design Studio. I really enjoyed this and it made me think about teaching alongside Interior Design. What to teach As a university student I really struggled with getting to grips with all the computer programmes we used, which automatically put me on the back foot. The personalised detailed help at the speed I needed just wasn't available. Through many hours of persistence post university I have become very good at Vectorworks and am now looking to provide that extra support for students, in this specific context that I wish I had, had.

How I teach Instead of showing you how to draw a circle, how to draw a line etc. I teach in context of what you will actually do in Interior Design. Our goal, for example, will be to draw an elevation, I will teach you the tools to specifically do this so when you finish my course you will be confident walking into a job and being able to create plans, elevations and other drawings. Please note that these lessons are 2D Vectorworks only. Please note all lessons are taught online via Zoom. Please note that I am based in the UK, I am very happy to teach students outside of the UK, it would just depend on the time difference if this is possible.

Perfect! Kellie tailored a couple of lessons for me as I had an upcoming deadline. She was patient and friendly and I learned a lot! The teaching method was great and with repetition and interest I have learned how to work better in industry and what to add to my work for presentation. We screenshared and there was an option for her to take control of my screen when we were working something out. All in all great and I’d fully recommend her to anyone! Both for her course or to learn something specific. Thank you Kellie! X
