About Goban
I am passionate about teaching students of all capabilities, I enjoy seeing students progress.
Maths has an important application to our lives because all problems are about perspective, and our perspective can be the deciding factor on how we determine our conclusions, Maths can teach us new ways of thinking and perceiving problems, in and out of the subject.

ALL BEGINNERS ARE ENCOURAGED, I do not just look for students who are already capable, I want to help people see their real potential. Also I like to prepare lessons ahead of time to make most of the lesson.
My Approach: less memorising more understanding, I break down concepts so they can be intuitively understood. When learning your first language as a child, you did not learn it formally, you learned it by understanding how the words function on a day to day basis, hence you learned to speak intuitively. Maths is also a language, and hence I have a similar approach to Maths. I like to help students digest concepts so they can derive them even when they forget it.
Everyone is capable of Maths, they just haven't found the right person to help them break down their problems.
