About Sneha
I am just a simple woman who wants to help in your fitness journey. As I have lost 14 kgs in 6 months approx with consistency and discipline. And I have learned a lot in this span of time about how a woman's body works and how it will grow. Surely I have made many mistakes at that time but I also learned and grew.
