Belly dancing is for everyone! it does not matter the age, nor the condition. Classes are divided in the following way: first we seek to become aware of our own body, improving proprioception and strengthening muscles. Then we go into the technique of belly dancing, which is extremely complex but each class we will focus on small topics that allow us to understand the dance from the smallest. Finally we perform a stretch, it is important to do it in each session to awaken the body little by little and improve our physical abilities.

María Isabel es una excelente maestra de danza. La conocí en la Universidad del Valle en la ciudad de Cali hace 5 años en su grupo de baile HAIFAS Danzas orientales, donde me enseñó a bailar no sólo bollywood sino también diversas danzas orientales como bellydance, fusiontribal y ATS. Estoy muy agradecida con ella porque es quien me ha formado y enseñado este bello mundo de la danza. Recomiendo su trabajo por ser de alta calidad y se aprenden diversos ritmos musicales.
