I'm a graduate of UC Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in Philosophy. I love to read, write, and problem solve. Being able to share those joys with students fulfills me. Outside of academics, I like to exercise, try new foods and hang out with friends and family.

I'm a patient tutor with the ability to clearly explain complex lessons to students seeking help.
When it comes to math-based subjects, my plan for the lesson is to initially review the homework problems my student needs help with, identify the knowledge gaps, explain the fundamentals to the student so that they have the ability to understand the steps required to successfully complete their homework, and then serve as a guide to help them do so.
My lessons are for anyone from elementary to college level, as these subjects span across all levels.

Perfect! Ray was very patient and helped me understand the concepts of statistics very well. He also helped me to get some great grades on tests I was struggling with.
