About Vicki
Mathematics became my focus quite naturally because I enjoyed the puzzle of logical systems. Earning a Master of Science in Mathematics at UC Berkeley helped me refine my ability to explain linear algebra and coordinate geometry.
I have spent 13 years teaching exam-track students who need to perform under pressure. My practice includes extensive work on SAT/ACT math prep and various word problems. Teaching is my primary craft.
I also enjoy sharing Vedic math techniques for students who want faster ways to compute. Most of my time is spent supporting students who want to bridge the gap between classroom theory and test results.

Usually, we begin by looking at a single problem that stumped you during your most recent practice set. I adapt my explanation to match your internal logic while we navigate topics like calculus or competition math prep. Having taught 311 students, I have seen almost every type of confusion a learner can encounter. Sometimes we switch tactics mid-lesson if a specific method is not clicking for you.
These sessions are designed to be conversational and relaxed while we work through difficult concepts. I focus on building a sustainable process for tackling future problems on your own.
