About Tessy
I am a Post Graduate with a passion for Dance. I am a Bharatanatyam dancer with over 12 years of training, having begun my journey at a young age.
Alongside my background in Bharatanatyam, I am also trained in Yoga, which helps me bring a strong sense of balance, posture, and body awareness into my teaching.
I have been teaching for the past six years. I love guiding students as they discover the beauty, discipline, and expressive power of this classical art form.

Classes are conducted online and are available as one-on-one or group sessions, based on the student’s preference.
Sessions are designed especially for girls and women, with a comfortable and focused learning environment.
The classes are beginner-friendly and can be followed either at your own pace or in a structured, syllabus-based format. Classes will be conducted in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil as per student's preference.
Each session includes warm-ups, practical training, and relevant theory to build a strong foundation.

Tessy is a young, energetic Bharatanatyam dancer. And as a teacher, she is as energetic as ever. She is always patient with her students, never force her students. She always used to say, everyone should learn and absorb in their own pace. She is a hardworking teacher. One thing I like about her is, she pays individual attention to each student, no matter of age or level of learning.
