About Jo Ann
I have my Bachelors in English with a minor in Biology from Texas Woman's University. I have been teaching for a few years and truly have a passion for helping students in need. I am bilingual in Spanish and have found this helps me relate to many of students who have difficulties in English.

My teaching approach is to get to know the students once I feel the student and I can trust one another I know the student will be ready and willing to learn from me. They must feel comfortable and confident that I will be here to help them achieve their ultimate goal.
