About Jillian
I graduated from the University of Maine and then went off to live in Madrid, Spain for 3 years (I have also lived in Seville for a semester). I have spent those years teaching English, while taking private Spanish classes and living with Spanish locals to improve my Spanish. I then went off to take the DELE Spanish as a foreign language exam and have gotten an advanced level, C2.

The most important thing about learning Spanish is learning the format of the sentences and understanding that direct translation will not help - I would like to help you to "think" in Spanish to speak in Spanish rather than thinking in English and speaking incorrectly.
