About Alexandros
I am a dedicated math and physics tutor who genuinely enjoys helping students see these subjects clearly and confidently. I have always been passionate about STEM, and I have built a strong academic foundation that I now use to support other students who want to improve their skills, raise their grades, and truly understand what they are doing. I take my role as a tutor seriously, and I always prepare carefully for every session. My goal is to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing step by step. My teaching style is founded on understanding concepts, not memorizing formulas. I guide students through problems and break down the logic of each step so that they may understand why something works, not just how, which builds more interest and helps develop critical thinking skills useful to be able to solve new kinds of problems. I use visual reasoning, real examples, and simplified explanations to make difficult math and physics ideas intuitive and less intimidating.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of what the student already knows, then we break down the new concept piece by piece, work through practice problems together, and end with independent examples so they can apply the method on their own. I also teach students how to study efficiently, how to recognize patterns, and how to avoid the most common mistakes that cause confusion or lost marks.
What sets me apart is that I focus heavily on reasoning, clarity, emotional confidence, and methodology. It is not just about what to do, but why it works. Many students struggle not because they are incapable, but because no one ever explained the subject in a way that actually made sense to them. My goal is to make math and physics feel structured, logical, and achievable for any student.
