About Alma
Having lived in England for a year, I worked with international students who allowed me to acquire a common English language, but I also wrote a 13,000-word dissertation in English which consolidated my academic English. In addition, my experience as an animator has allowed me to acquire a sense of pedagogy and contact with children between the ages of 10 and 18 and to combine this pedagogy with a playful aspect. This experience allowed me to understand that the learning of children and adolescents can not be done solely in the grammar and conjugation books and must include a maximum of interaction to maintain their concentration.

Student in Master 2 at the Ecole Normal Supérieure in Design, I have just completed my diploma in Intercultural Communication in England at the University of Warwick. Passionate about languages and the discovery of new cultures, my experience in England allowed me to have an international career and to strengthen my taste for language learning. I prefer oral teaching methods because I think that a language can be learned first by speaking. I also vary the learning tools by mixing video and textual media (eg novels, comics etc.) because I think it is important to bring a playful and practical side to the pedagogy. The first course being an important contact I will first make a point with the student on his level as well as his goals for the year so that we progress together towards specific goals.
