About Rich
The cursor blinks on a blank screen before the first wall line appears in a project. I have coached 116 students since beginning this work 4 years ago.
My Bachelor of Architecture from Massey University provides the theoretical framework for these technical tasks. Understanding how levels and grids interact with ceilings creates a stable project environment. Watching a student finally master worksharing makes this teaching process truly enjoyable.

Fragmented models often lead to coordination nightmares during the middle stages of a design project. 10 specific modules cover everything from initial walls to final MEP systems overview. We build curtain walls and systems while maintaining clean drafting views for your documentation sets. Detailed sheets are generated alongside your linked models to ensure professional standards.
You will leave with a portfolio-ready output by the end of the course. Families and parameters are refined until the data matches the visual intent. Your Revit skills improve through repetitive practice on real building components. Progress happens in small steps.
