About Amber
I have graduated from University with a major in Bio-medical sciences and a minor in Nutrition. I am knowledgable in how exercise and nutrition play a role in weight loss/weight management/muscle gain through my in-class and real-life experiences.
I have been trained in techniques that allow my teaching style to be easily understood through my last two years of tutoring at Oxford Tutoring.

I will give you a broad overview of common fitness misconceptions or research any questions you have.
I can also provide tips and tricks to prevent cravings and to give the motivation to continue your health journey.
