About Refeletse
I am a WITS alumni, with a BSc Biological Sciences degree. This year, I decided to further my studies and to follow my passion for teaching by studying towards a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Through this course, I have learnt and widened my experience in teaching, from the teaching methodologies, evaluative strategies to curriculum.
During my free time, I volunteer and tutor/mentor high school students at an NGO.

For each lesson, I prepare a lesson plan, visual aids, notes and an activity. These resources accommodate the different learning styles of students and thus allow me to personalize the lesson. I have also used models, videos and role plays to teach abstract science concepts.
I am fluent in English, Isizulu, Sesotho, Setswana and Sepedi. During my lessons, I can switch to any of the above mentioned languages to help meet the needs of the learners.
Students can expect a relaxed, fun and interactive learning environment.
I tutor Grade 4 - Grade 12 students.
