About Tanisha
Hi! I’m Tanisha, a biological sciences student at the University of Leicester and someone who loves helping others learn. I’ve always been passionate about different sciences, and I want to help you feel that same spark of curiosity and love for the subject. I got A*s in all three sciences and Maths at GCSE, so I understand the pressure that comes with exams and how tricky some topics can feel. That is why I started tutoring—to make science and maths less overwhelming and more enjoyable for students. I’m friendly, patient, and here to support you at your pace. I’m a GCSE Maths and Science tutor studying Biological Sciences at the University of Leicester. I teach Biology, Chemistry, and Maths in different, fun and easy-to-understand ways. I like using visuals and many questions to help students stay engaged and build their confidence. Each lesson is an hour and will include clear explanations, practice questions, and feedback at the end of class. I achieved 9 A*s at GCSE, including all sciences and Maths, and I’m passionate about helping students succeed. Lessons are for GCSE students aged 13–16, whether you're aiming for top grades or need a little help.
