About Miranda
I am a strong Biology BSc student at the University of Leeds, who was offered a summer school scholarship to Gatsby School of Plant Science only offered to the highest achieving students at Leeds.
I am the daughter of two very dedicated A level teachers. I respect their work, in training the next generation and helping their students have a step up in the education system.
I am also a strong student who has never achieved less than an A in any of my final Exams, GCSE or A level.

I offer Biology GCSE with AQA or OCR,
and Biology A level with AQA or OCR.
I offer a combined approach. I teach through concept deep-dives to ensure that my students fully understand every aspect of the concepts with which they are struggling with, and memory-based tests which ensure that my students will still understand the content by the time of their exams. With concept deep-dives especially, I am keen on visual representations. I also use stories and real-world examples to make the content more relevant and accessible, on occasion.
I offer 1 hour sessions.
