About Julia
I am finishing the fourth year of the Biology degree at the University of Alicante. My experience in the race has taught me how to receive and assimilate content efficiently, as well as some tricks to make affordable the most difficult parts. I believe that my strength as a teacher is that I am still in contact with the world of students, so I am aware of the difficulties we have and how to face them.

I intend to adapt to the needs or preferences of the student when structuring the classes or choosing the methodology. In general, I like to start the class by making a general outline of the content of the session and encourage the student to deduce, as far as possible, the concepts to learn, which facilitates their assimilation. I think it is also useful to elaborate, hand in hand with the student, mind maps, which helps to understand and, thus, to retain in the long term, the content of the session. I consider that the student's feedback is essential, to take into account which techniques are most comfortable for them or which are their greatest difficulties. My classes are aimed at primary, ESO, high school, first-year university, or module students who need help with Biology or derived subjects (genetics, biochemistry, etc.)
