About Myra
My journey in biology began with curiosity about how living organisms function and interact with their environment. I completed a Master’s Degree in Biology, where I developed strong theoretical and practical knowledge. Over the past 9 years, I have worked with students from different academic levels, helping them understand complex topics through simple explanations. Teaching allows me to make biology accessible and effective.
My teaching style is patient, clear, and adaptable. I understand that each student learns differently, so I adjust my approach based on their needs. I focus on building strong basics, using visual explanations, and encouraging regular practice. I also create a comfortable learning environment where students feel free to ask questions and explore concepts. This helps them stay motivated and engaged.
Outside teaching, I continue learning about new developments in biology and scientific research. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Teaching biology is meaningful to me because I see students grow from confusion to confidence. Helping them build strong understanding, improve performance, and develop a lasting interest in life sciences is something I truly value, and I remain committed to supporting their long-term academic and personal success.

My biology lessons are designed to make learning about living systems clear, structured, and engaging for every student. I guide learners through topics such as cell biology, human anatomy, physiology, genetics, and ecology using simple explanations and logical connections. I focus on helping students understand how biological systems function instead of memorising information. Each lesson includes diagrams, examples, and real-life applications that make learning more meaningful and easier to understand.
Lessons are planned based on the student’s level and learning pace. Beginners start with basic concepts like cell structure and simple biological processes. Intermediate learners focus on understanding body systems, genetics, and environmental science in more detail. Advanced students work on deeper concepts, application-based questions, and exam preparation strategies. I provide regular practice, revision sessions, and feedback to ensure steady progress. This helps students build clarity and confidence over time.
Biology also helps students develop observation skills and logical thinking. As they begin to understand how living organisms function, they become more curious and interested in the subject.
