About Abed El Karim
I am a Biology graduate from Haigazian University with a strong academic background in science and hands-on experience in scientific research, academic tutoring, and student mentorship.
During my university years, I worked as a Writing Center Peer Tutor for three semesters, helping students strengthen their academic writing, critical thinking, and communication skills. I also led educational workshops, which further developed my ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt my teaching approach to different learning styles.
Beyond teaching, my experience in clinical and laboratory research has strengthened my analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing me to bring practical knowledge and real-world examples into my lessons.
I believe that every student has the potential to succeed with the right guidance and encouragement. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, overcoming challenges, and building confidence in their abilities.
Whether you're looking to improve your grades, prepare for exams, or develop a deeper understanding of a subject, I'm committed to helping you achieve your academic goals through personalized, engaging, and structured lessons!

My approach to tutoring is centered on making learning engaging, personalized, and easy to understand. I believe that every student learns differently, which is why I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student's needs, strengths, and learning pace.
With a Bachelor's degree in Biology and experience as a university Writing Center tutor, I have developed strong skills in simplifying complex concepts, encouraging critical thinking, and helping students build confidence in their abilities.
My lessons are interactive and structured around three key principles: understanding, practice, and application. I use real-life examples, visual aids, discussions, and targeted exercises to make challenging topics more approachable. Rather than focusing solely on memorization, I encourage students to understand the reasoning behind what they learn. My ultimate goal is not just to help students achieve better grades, but to develop their confidence, curiosity, and independence as learners.
