About Tyler
Hi! I’m a biology educator who loves creating those ‘lightbulb moments’ when a concept suddenly clicks. My journey in teaching has taken me from managing BTEC Level 3 courses, to Head of Biology at a top London 11–18 school, to my current role as an A-level biology lecturer at one of the best performing sixth forms in the UK. 20% of my students achieved an A* last year, and 51% A*-A. Along the way, I’ve examined AQA and EdExcel papers, giving me a real insider view on what examiners are looking for.

I teach in a friendly and engaging way because I know learning sticks best when you feel comfortable exploring ideas. Every lesson is tailored to how you learn, not how everyone else learns.
