About Isla
I hold a Master’s degree in Life Sciences and have 8 years of teaching experience. My interest in Biology began with a curiosity about how living organisms function and interact. Over the years, I have helped students build strong understanding and confidence in the subject through clear and structured teaching.
My teaching approach focuses on simplicity, visualization, and steady progress. I use diagrams, examples, and step-by-step explanations to make complex topics easy to follow. I also adapt my lessons based on each student’s pace and learning style, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading about new discoveries in Biology and exploring nature. Teaching Biology is fulfilling because I see students become more curious and confident. Helping them understand life processes and achieve their goals motivates me to continue teaching with dedication and care.

I aim to make every topic feel approachable and interesting rather than overwhelming.
I structure lessons based on the learner’s level and comfort. Beginners start with basic concepts like cells, tissues, and simple life processes using repetition and visuals. Intermediate learners study organ systems, plant biology, and genetics with more detail and understanding. Advanced students explore topics like molecular biology, evolution, and complex diagrams. Practice questions, revision techniques, and concept reviews are included in every session to ensure strong retention and clarity.
Biology helps students develop curiosity and a deeper understanding of life around them. As they begin to see patterns and relationships, they feel more confident explaining concepts.
