One of the first important things for me is getting to know my students, asking them questions about their interest. This will enable me to know the perfect approach to take and examples to utilize while tutoring. It's also necessary I tell my students few things about myself as this will help them to be more relaxed with me which is also a great strategy for private tutoring especially if a lot of effort is needed to improve the current grade. My desire is not only to see my students excel at their studies but also for them to become a better version of themselves.
