I have been teaching for 13 years. I am certified in Biology and special education. I enjoy science and often find that when I am excited about a lesson, students get curious to know what is happening. Biology teacher with special education certification. Taught all levels of Biology including advanced placement. Also taught Anatomy and Physiology course.
I break down concepts to be understood and then build from there to feel confident about the material. Also, I teach executive functioning skills such as study skills, test taking strategies and how to combat test anxiety.
