About Kian
I am a Biology tutor with 10 years of experience and a degree in Biological Sciences and Biomedical Research. My passion for Biology began with curiosity about how the human body works and how life develops at the cellular and genetic level. Teaching Biology allows me to guide students toward clarity, confidence, and academic success.
My teaching style is patient, structured, and supportive. I help students strengthen understanding in genetics, physiology, ecology, and exam-focused scientific writing. Many learners begin feeling overwhelmed by the amount of information, and I take pride in helping them organize knowledge into clear, connected understanding. I believe Biology becomes enjoyable when students feel guided rather than pressured.
Outside tutoring, I stay engaged with Biology through research reading, medical science updates, and exploring modern developments in biotechnology. My Biology lessons are designed to help students understand life in a clear, engaging, and structured way. Biology can feel overwhelming because it includes many topics, complex terminology, and detailed processes, but it becomes much easier when ideas are explained step by step. I focus on building strong foundations in cell biology, human physiology, genetics, ecology, and evolution through calm guidance and supportive teaching. Each session encourages curiosity while helping learners feel confident in their understanding.
In our lessons, beginners start with core concepts such as cell structure, basic body systems, and simple biological definitions. Intermediate learners strengthen their understanding of processes like respiration, photosynthesis, inheritance patterns, and immune response. Advanced students refine exam technique, extended written answers, data interpretation, and deeper conceptual links across topics. I include diagrams, visual explanations, recall strategies, and practice questions to ensure steady improvement.
