About Erin
As a biomedical engineer who studied biology and anatomical subjects at University for 5 years, I combine strong scientific knowledge with a passion for helping others learn. I provide patient, structured and professional tuition. I encourage students to ask questions, and develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed in GCSE and A-Level Biology. My teaching focuses on helping students understand biological concepts rather than simply memorising facts. Lessons are tailored to each student's needs and utilise exam-style questions to build confidence and improve exam performance.
I hold a BSc in Biomedical Science, an MSc in Medical Visualisation, and I work as a Biomedical Engineer. My background allows me to explain complex topics in a clear, engaging way using real-world examples and visual learning techniques.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long, and offered for GCSE and A-Level biology. I support students of all abilities.
