About Ewan
I have always loved learning mathematics from a young age, and completing an MEng in Biomedical Engineering strengthened my critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
I have learnt that clear explanations, patience, and a structured approach make a huge difference to a learner. I want to inspire students to enjoy mathematics, build their confidence, and appreciate its real-world value.

Lessons focus on clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, and exam strategies, tailored to each student’s needs. I have practical experience helping my younger brother and others, and I aim to build confidence as well as understanding.
Typical lessons are 60 minutes, but I can adapt to the student’s pace. Suitable for ages 15–18 preparing for National 5 or Higher Maths.
