About Laura
I am currently a first year student of biomedical engineering at UPC, and I have always loved teaching and motivating people to learn. My average in high school has been 9.48, so I have been awarded with honors! Since I was a child I have always helped my classmates and, above all, my little sister (3rd ESO) in those subjects that fortunately came to me quite well: the pure sciences. To be honest, I've never had the opportunity to officially teach private lessons so far, so I start with much desire and new ideas that I've been acquiring throughout my life.

I think the most important thing is to convey confidence to the student, to be positive and motivating, while being flexible and able to adapt to all kinds of people, so I do not have a general method to teach my classes. I like to talk and know what the preferences of each of my students are in order to adapt them to the wonderful world of teaching and learning.
However, it can be said that I am a fairly strict person, so the dynamic method of teaching should not be confused with the lack of demand. In addition, I like to teach them to be autonomous and to seek life, although I will always teach them different methods of study that suit their preferences and help them make schemes that can summarize in a much clearer and concise way those aspects that cost them the most.
Finally, students will be able to have my phone number to contact me at all times and ask me all kinds of questions.
