About Bird
I have always been passionate about my studies, meaning I have extensive knowledge around the topics, as well as a great love and enthusiasm for what I teach. I’m also aware of how difficult it can be to find resources and help that works as a neurodivergent, and aim to pass on my own knowledge and experience from my academic career. Getting good grades is hard, I will always remain patient and understanding, and am always open to feedback!

I achieved an 8 at GCSE and A* at A Level, and have tutored students throughout my time in high school and sixth-form, specialising in working with other neurodivergents. I teach using methods that have worked for me during my academic career, as well as for the students I’ve worked with. (E.g. exam questions, active recall, explaining and clarifying content, and others) I provide a personalised experience by working with students’ specific learning styles and preferences, and am always open to feedback and requests for the sessions. Sessions typically last an hour but can be changed upon request.
