Eden Dozier is a women’s mindset and emotional eating coach who helps clients break free from the cycle of stress eating, self-sabotage, and food guilt. After personally losing over 120 lbs—and keeping it off—she now supports other women on their journey to lasting freedom. Eden’s coaching is rooted in deep mindset work, emotional healing, and sustainable habit shifts that align with real life. Her mission is simple: to help women stop battling food and start feeling calm, confident, and in control. For Eden, weight loss isn’t the focus—it’s the natural byproduct of healing what’s underneath.

About the lesson

I see you. You’ve tried the diets, the willpower, the “start over Monday” plans. You’re not lazy—you’re just exhausted. And if you’re anything like I was, food has become your go-to when life feels heavy.

I used to feel stuck in a cycle of stress, emotional eating, and self-blame. But what actually changed my life wasn’t another weight loss program—it was healing the root cause of why I was eating in the first place.

Through mindset coaching, emotional resilience work, and daily practices that actually fit real life, I’ve lost over 120 lbs—but more importantly, I’ve rebuilt my relationship with food, with my body, and with myself.

And yes—when you break free from emotional eating and start nourishing yourself from a place of care, the weight naturally starts to come off. It’s not forced. It’s not punishing. It’s a gentle, sustainable shift that happens when your inner world aligns with the life you truly want.
