  • At what age did you start playing sports? Tell us about this time or moment in your life!

    During schooling, I was very active in multi-sports. I started my fitness journey when I was 17. My dad was my personal trainer at that time and it was 2017 when I started. It was quite the journey I wasn't expecting. His teaching method is kind of old school, so I decided to pursue studies and learn more detail in this fitness Industry. Excluding the Covid years, I had completed 6 years of learning and developing myself in this industry.
  • What are your favourite sports; those that you practise at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

    My favourite sport is bodybuilding but now I have an interest in calisthenics. This is what I would be practising at a high level.
  • What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

    My self-discipline and spreading positivity give me motivation and passion. Another thing is that when someone reaches their 50s and their physique is way better than mine, it motivates me to keep going more and exert more effort.
  • Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?

    I am proud of my physique, that I can show and tell everyone else they could get and do it too.
  • How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

    The achievements & challenges I faced were incredibly stoic. I had to risk a lot of great happiness and pleasure during my body toning phase, where I had to follow a certain meal plan and focus on my health more. The achievements were proving to myself that I could do it without any complaints.
  • If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

    The famous athlete that I would go for a jog with is CR7, without revealing his name itself shows that the world knows who he is. This is because, I believe based on his lifestyle then and his hard work that he is really someone to look up to and learn from. The only question I would ask him is, "How did you do it?"
  • How do you help people stay motivated?

    Inspiring them by showing and telling them. Motivating them by spreading positive energy (communicating and body goals). This will really make them feel great mentally and physically!
  • What makes you a Superprof in sports?

    My clients' reviews are the ones that make me a Superprof, because they are the ones motivating me by achieving their goals with my training programme. This will make them believe that they can trust me with what they are planning to commit to. Trust me, it is fun, exciting and tiring as well.
