About Thomas
I am a 20 year old Maths and Philosophy student living in Bristol with a passion for teaching others because of the many rewarding opportunities education has opened for me. I know that studying can be hard at times but even the most difficult ideas can make sense when explained in the right way! I also love to drum and paint.

Lessons can be structured to suit the needs of the student but typically begin by clarifying concepts learnt in class before applying them to any homework / past paper problems that are posing some difficulty. Rather than simply memorising information I like to encourage students to develop a firm base of knowledge which they can apply to any exam questions which may appear. Typically sessions last around an hour although we can discuss shorter / longer durations. I am a Maths and Philosophy student at University of Bristol and have received 4 A*s at A level in the relevant subjects as well as an A* EPQ and 11 A*s at GCSE.
