About Mostofa
At its most basic, I believe that teaching is about stimulating thinking. It is about providing pupils with a theoretical foundation through which they may begin to comprehend, actively replicate, and modify the changing social world that they shape and that shapes them. Teaching is not only about motivating people to investigate the nature of the greater socio-historical system and their own and others' roles within it. Teaching is also about motivating individuals on a human level.
Communication, listening, cooperation, adaptation, and patience are all characteristics of a successful teacher. I have acquired these qualities from working as a teacher. I approach students by communicating my liking, acceptance, and respect for their problems and capabilities. I create a pleasant learning atmosphere in the classroom and include interactive learning exercises.
