About Adam
Hi! My name is Adam and I am currently a BSc Biochemistry student studying at Durham University. Having tutored multiple students in my previous secondary school and sixth form, I have learnt to cater my teaching style towards student's unique needs, allowing them to excel within that subject. I emphasise practising knowledge and skills learnt within the lesson, whether that be through past exam questions or interactive problem-solving activities. This is to ensure that the student has a sound understanding of the material and is very well-prepared for future assessments. I aim to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment within these lessons, resulting in increased confidence and academic success.

•In my lessons, I will aim to focus on personalised learning, tailoring each session to the student's unique needs and learning styles to maximise their understanding. •Lessons will be online in Zoom meetings using the Goodnotes app on my iPad. •I would have detailed notes on the subject of the lesson which we will go through first and then a series of GCSE style questions which we will go through together. •One lesson would typically last around 1 hour. •Achieved Grade 9's in GCSE Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. •Achieved Grades AAA in A-level Maths, Biology and Chemistry. •2 months experience in teaching GCSE Maths and Science to GCSE students. •1 month experience teaching A-level Biology and Chemistry to Y12 students. •Lessons are targeted towards secondary school students (Years 7-11s) who need help in maths and science.
