I am flexible with my approach. I have been tutoring for many years. In the first free lesson, we will discuss how the student wants me to teach, then I will create my lessons around this method.
e.g. I have a student who was working at a C in A-level chemistry, the student explained that they can only work through visuals. I, therefore, created revision posters and used visual methods of working. This student got an A.
