About Cameron
I’m Cameron, a 24-year-old PE teacher, sports coach, and fitness enthusiast with a real passion for helping others grow through sport and physical activity. Sport has always been at the heart of my life. I’m a dedicated gym goer and qualified rugby and cricket coach, holding various coaching badges across different sports. Beyond the classroom and pitch, I’m an avid mountain climber and traveller, always seeking new challenges and experiences that push me out of my comfort zone. My teaching style reflects this same adventurous spirit — I believe in making learning engaging, supportive, and inspiring, whether I’m preparing students for exams, coaching athletes to refine their performance, or guiding someone to build confidence in fitness. With a strong background in sports coaching, strength & conditioning, nutrition, and sports therapy, I aim to give every learner practical tools, clear guidance, and the motivation to succeed — in sport, fitness, and beyond.

Whether you’re a student preparing for Nat 5, Higher or GCSE PE exams, an athlete aiming to boost performance and fitness, or someone simply wanting to build confidence in health and exercise, I provide tailored guidance that makes progress both achievable and enjoyable. My approach blends scientific knowledge with engaging teaching methods, ensuring every lesson is structured, supportive, and results-driven. From injury recovery strategies to exam technique, or personalised training plans, I cover all aspects to help you succeed.
