About Moyin
I am a qualified and experienced Business educator with a BA (Hons) in Marketing, an MSc in International Business, and a PGCE in Further Education. I currently work as a Head of Department for Business at a UK college, where I oversee the delivery and quality of Business programmes across Levels 3, 4, and 5.
Throughout my career, I have supported students from a wide range of educational backgrounds, helping them develop confidence, improve their academic performance, and achieve their learning goals. My experience includes working directly with Pearson qualifications and assessment requirements, giving me valuable insight into the standards expected for BTEC, HNC, and HND Business programmes.
I pride myself on being professional, approachable, and committed to student success. Every lesson is carefully planned and tailored to the individual needs of the learner, ensuring that support is both effective and relevant. Whether a student requires help understanding business concepts, improving academic writing, preparing assignments, or working towards Merit and Distinction grades, I provide structured guidance in a supportive learning environment.
My aim is to help students not only achieve stronger results but also develop the confidence and skills needed for long-term academic and professional success.

My approach to tutoring is supportive, student-centred, and tailored to individual learning needs. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit their current level of understanding, academic goals, and preferred learning style.
As a qualified Business educator, PGCE holder, and current Head of Department, I draw upon extensive experience teaching BTEC Level 3, HNC (Level 4), and HND (Level 5) Business programmes. I also have first-hand experience working with Pearson qualifications and assessment requirements, allowing me to provide clear guidance on assignment briefs, learning outcomes, and the standards required to achieve success.
My sessions are interactive and engaging rather than lecture-based. I use questioning techniques, real-world business examples, case studies, and structured discussions to help students develop a deeper understanding of business concepts and apply theory to practice. I also provide support with assignment planning, academic writing, Harvard referencing, critical analysis, evaluation, research skills, and presentation preparation.
Many students seek support not only to pass their assignments but to achieve Merit and Distinction grades. Through targeted feedback and assessment coaching, I help students understand how to strengthen their work, meet higher-level criteria, and demonstrate the depth of analysis and evaluation expected at Levels 3, 4, and 5.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if required. Each lesson is tailored to the student's goals and focuses on building both confidence and academic performance.
My lessons are suitable for BTEC Business Level 3, HNC Business (Level 4), and HND Business (Level 5) students, as well as learners seeking support in Marketing, International Business, Business Management, and related subjects. I welcome both UK and international students who are committed to achieving their full academic potential.
