About Jelanie
I am interested in teaching because I love helping others learn and grow. For me, teaching is not just about giving information — it's about inspiring students to believe in themselves and their abilities. I enjoy making difficult ideas easier to understand and watching that moment when a student suddenly “gets it.” I want to create a positive and supportive classroom where students feel confident, motivated, and excited to learn, especially in a subject like math that many find challenging.

My lessons will be unique because I want students to see math not just as numbers and formulas, but as a tool for solving real-life problems. I plan to create an environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and think creatively. I will use stories, games, technology, and real-world examples to make math relatable and exciting. Every student learns differently, so I will use a variety of teaching methods to reach everyone — from group activities and hands-on learning to visual aids and challenges that spark curiosity.
