I was offered a job as a cook by Mr Kagiso when I was working as a cleaner and I did not know anything about cooking. He was very patient with me, taught me how to make sandwiches and pack them; he taught me how to grill wors and make wors rolls. I also learned how to make chicken fried chicken.
