About Sai
Hi! I’m Dr. Sai Raghav, and I specialize in teaching English across various domains, including Business English, Conversational English, English for Travel and Immigration, Test Preparation and Job Interviews, and English for Kids.
I hold an MBA in Strategic Management and International Business, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (specializing in Project Management) from Northcentral University in San Diego, California, and a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from the prestigious University of Phoenix, Arizona.
Currently, I work full-time in Operations Management at Costco Wholesale, where effective communication is paramount. Additionally, I serve as a Research Fellow, Content Creator, and Leadership Strategist at the Center for Leadership Studies & Organizational Research.
As a teacher, I believe in fostering confidence through customized, goal-oriented learning strategies. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel empowered to express themselves fluently and professionally.
On a personal note, I’m based in Canada but divide my time between the U.S. and Canada. When I’m not teaching, I love exploring new cultures, dabbling in creative writing, and spending quality time with my daughter, who inspires me every day!
