About Mohammad
Although I’m currently a business major, I’ve always had a deep passion for teaching and helping students overcome academic challenges. I was especially inspired by my 10th-grade history teacher, who once said, “If you’re good at something, don’t be greedy with what you have.” That quote has stayed with me ever since, and it’s one of the reasons I chose to give back through tutoring. For over a year, I’ve been tutoring students between the ages of 11 and 14, both privately in their homes and at a tutoring center where I led a classroom of 12–15 students. Nothing has brought me more fulfillment than seeing my students grow in confidence and ability. I’d love the opportunity to help you reach your academic goals in whatever the subject may be.

I’m a freshman at Boston University and a recent graduate of Stuyvesant High School. Although I’m currently pursuing a degree in business, I’ve always had a strong passion for teaching. Over the past year, I’ve worked as a private tutor for 6th and 7th-grade students, creating customized lesson plans tailored to their individual needs. I focused on identifying areas where they struggled and introduced them to new strategies for learning—helping them build the skills and confidence to study more effectively on their own. One of my greatest strengths as a tutor is my persistence. I understand how challenging and overwhelming school can be, especially when certain concepts are difficult to grasp. I believe that any student can overcome those obstacles with the right support and mindset. My goal is to motivate and guide students to put in the effort needed to succeed.
