I am an international business student who has always been keen on helping people with their stress and figuring ways to make life easier. Since a young age I have struggled with stress myself. Throughout, I have had several chances to help out people to become more confident in themselves and find ways to manage their stress.

Within my lessons I like to go at the students pace. Starting off with an introduction lesson to just get to know each other and see what areas you would like to work on. Following that, I would take small steps to help you manage stress, and find techniques or strategies that best work for the student.
