Michael firstly took the time to evaluate his weaknesses to ensure what needed covered. He then not only helped him understand the subject better, he helped him grow in confidence so much so that he now likes the subject he once hated! He teaches in a way that is interesting and maintains focus. He is very personable and his communication to me on my sons progress in excellent. He has been very flexible and accommodating when needed. He has gone above and beyond to help with career advice/choices and genuinely wants to help to ensure a good a level grade.
