About Adam
I have been practicing Street Workout OR Calisthenics for 9 years.
I trained with Eryc Ortiz, a world champion in the discipline for several years.
I participated in many competitions and won a 1st place in the regional battles in 2018.
In 2019 I am founding SWC-PACA and organizing outdoor courses.
In 2021 I am founding the company SWC Calisthenics & Coaching and specializing myself in individualized Coaching and in small groups mainly in order to be able to have a more qualitative approach and adapted to the needs of the public.

Adam est vraiment un coach hors pair. Ses connaissances et sa passion pour le calisthenics sont inspirantes. Je n'ai jamais connu un coach aussi capable d'identifier exactement où vous vous trompez et précisément comment y remédier ! C'est vraiment un plaisir de faire un work out avec lui. Et au-delà de son coaching personnel, il a créé une communauté de calisthentics à Marseille où chacun se sent très bien accueilli et dont il peut être très fier.
J'ai pris plusieurs cours avec Adam. En privé et en groupe. C'est un excellent coach : professionnel et à l'écoute du besoin des sportifs qui décident de suivre ses cours ! Il s'adapte à tous les âges, et travail à l'extérieur (très agreable) comme à l'interieur ! Je recommande fortement ses cours.
C'est un coach qui connaît très bien le domaine dans lequel il coach et au delà de maîtriser son art il sait le transmettre donner l'envie de se dépasser bravo Adam lache rien
